Yolanda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha dise\u00f1ado un metodo de aplicacion sencilla para la determinacion fluorimetrica de malvina con el fin de ser utilizado para la caracterizacion de vinos obtenidos a partir de cepas hibridas. Asimismo, se ha efectuado el desarrollo y la adaptacion de una metodolog\u00eda cromatografica para la caracterizacion de los distintos antocianos mono y diglucosidos que permite al mismo tiempo disponer de patrones de los mismos. Se han ensayado tres metodos fluorimetricos descritos en la bibliografia comprobando que presentan serios inconvenientes en cuanto a precision y exactitud. Despues de efectuar un ajuste de la reaccion de formacion del fluoroforo, estableciendo las condiciones optimas para su realizacion, se comprobo que la aplicacion de dicha reaccion directamente en el vino no resulta adecuada debido a un efecto interferente de la matriz.
