Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se han desarrollado dos subfamilias de vectores de clonaci\u00f3n para l. Casei (una con origen pamb1 y la otra con origen pwv01) adem\u00e1s se ha constru\u00eddo un vector de expresi\u00f3n con el promotor de la lactosa y se ha expresado la proteina verde fluorescente, la betaglucuronidasa. Se han hecho estudios con este promotor sobre su estabilidad y sus caracteristicas estructurales.  se ha secretado la a amilasa de bolicheniformis con el promotor de la lactosa y se ha comparado con otros vectores con el mismo gen reporte.  se han visto diferentes tasas de expresi\u00f3n y secreci\u00f3n en distintos azucares, explicados parcialmente por un efecto de regresi\u00f3n por catabolito.  se ha secretado la vp8* en l. Lactis en cantidades de o.S. Pg\/ml y se ha visto que retiene su capacidad hemoaglutinante.  se ha secretado la vp8* en l.Casei y se ha hecho un estudio sobre las condiciones optimas de secreci\u00f3n.
