Se describe un metodo grafico, de ciclos de carga, para optimizar la potencia maxima en un transistor mesfet. Se desarrolla un metodo de optimizacion no lineal a partir del modelo equivalente en gran se\u00f1al del transistor. Como aplicacion de todo lo anterior se presenta el dise\u00f1o de amplificadores distribuidos en tecnolog\u00eda monolitica y se optimiza dicho dise\u00f1o para obtener potencia de salida maxima en una banda ancha de frecuencias (de 2 a 18 ghz).  por ultimo se describe una metodolog\u00eda de dise\u00f1o en gran se\u00f1al de amplificadores distribuidos partiendo del modelo simplificado del
