Posteriormente los 80 animales utilizados en la experiencia se separaron en 8 subgrupos diferenciados por los dias de evolucion y las sesiones de irradiacion, y fueron estudiados al microscopio optico y electronico. Tambien se estudio la capacidad de contraccion de la herida con la ayuda de un pie de rey.  tras el analisis de los datos obtenidos, se observaron efectos bioestimulativos en los animales experimentales en relacion a los testigos (no irradiados con laser infrarrojo), fundamentalmente a nivel de los fibroblastos y de la microcirculacion, donde se aprecio un aumento del flujo sanguineo
