Los estudios en disolucion de formacion de complejos en dmso y agua orientan el trabajo de sintesis de los complejos deseados cuyas estructuras se han determinado mediante difraccion de rayos x. A la vista de los resultados termodinamicos y con ayuda de los datos estructurales se establece una correlacion clara entre las constantes de estabilidad y el caracter quelante de los ligandos squarato, oxalato y croconato. Se investiga el comportamiento magnetico de las especies polinucleares en funcion de la temperatura habiendose observado interaccion magnetica entre iones cuii separados por  7 a. Se utiliza un modelo orbital simple para interpretar las propiedades magneticas.  en resumen, en este trabajo se analizan y racionalizan las propiedades magneticas, los modos de coordinacion de estos
