Para conseguir estos objetivos es imprescindible la colaboracion tanto de los profesores y padres como de los propios compa\u00f1eros alumnos. Utilizamos tecnicas de entrenamiento en habilidades sociales, tareas cooperativas con los alumnos; actividades relacionadas con el cambio de actitudes del profesor con respecto al grupo clase y el entrenamiento de los padres mediante un seminario de formacion en autoconocimiento y tecnicas de instruccion y educacion.  se ha llevado a cabo en dos colegios publicos de novelda en los niveles 5, 6, 7 y 8 de egb, con un total de 108 alumnos: 60 en el experimental y 48 en el control.  utilizamos instrumentos de medida (entrevistas, cuestionarios y escalas de observacion) con el fin de apreciar los
