Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado en la especie spilostethus pandurus dos problemas relacionados entre si: 1: el caracter vitelogenico de las proteinas especificas de hembra y 2:  establecer las pautas de sintesis de las mismas, liberacion a la hemolinfa y posterior incorporacion por los ovarios en desarrollo. Las principales conclusiones han sido: 1.-En los ovarios de este insecto aparecen tres bandas peptidicas cuyo comportamiento electroforetico es identico al de los peptidos especificos de hembras de la hemolinfa. 2.- El tratamiento con hormona juvenil provoca una aceleracion en la aparicion de estos peptidos en la hemolinfa asi como en la incorporacion de dichas bandas por parte de los ovarios. 3.- El tratamiento con precoceno ii y la inanicion bloquean la aparicion de los 3 peptidos especificos de hembras tanto en la hemolinfa como en los ovarios, y el tratamiento con hormona juvenil restaura estos efectos. 4.- Inmunologicamente las bandas i, ii y iii de la hemolinfa se corresponden con las 4, 5 y 6 de los ovarios, respectivamente, lo que demuestra el caracter vitelogenico de estas bandas. 5.- Las experiencias de \u00abpulse chase\u00bb permiten proponer la siguiente pauta: sintesis de las vitelogeninas por el cuerpo graso, inmediata liberacion a la hemolinfa y posterior incorporacion por los ovarios en desarrollo.  6.- Esta pauta de sintesis, liberacion e incorporacion de las vitelogeninas descrita para esta especie de insecto es dependiente de la hormona juvenil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Aportaciones al conocimiento de las vitelogeninas en spilostethus pandurus (scop).<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Aportaciones al conocimiento de las vitelogeninas en spilostethus pandurus (scop). <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Iba\u00f1ez Sanchez M.
