La idea de extender estas tecnicas a la resolucion de las ecuaciones de la hidrodinamica habia sido propuesta por diversos especialistas (hawley, smarr y wilson, 1984; norman y winkler, 1986). Nuestra formulacion se basa en el caracter de sistema hiperbolico de leyes de conservacion de dichas ecuaciones y la extension de las tecnicas shock-capturing modernas se ha efectuado a traves de la llamada aproximacion local por campos caracteristicos.  en la memoria se presentan diversos resultados en relatividad restringida y en un campo gravitatorio background.
