Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los trit\u00f3rdeos son h\u00edbridos obtenidos por el cruzamiento entre una cebada silvestre y diferentes tipos de trigo potencialmente dotados de un alto contenido proteico. En este trabajo se ha procedido a la identificaci\u00f3n de este material desde dos puntos de vista fundamentalmente:  a,- citol\u00f3gico  se ha determinado el contenido proteico y de arnr de distintas combinaciones gen\u00f3micas realizadas indistintamente con los genomios a, b, d, propios del trigo y los h y r propios de cebada y centeno respectivamente. As\u00ed mismo se han establecido estad\u00edsticamente las posibles relaciones entre estos contenidos y otros par\u00e1metros como el \u00e1rea nucleolar, n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de nucleolos, n\u00famero medio de nucleolos y adn.  b,- bioqu\u00edmico  se ha procedido a la caracterizaci\u00f3n bioqu\u00edmica de generaciones avanzadas de trit\u00f3rdeo. Para ello se han determinado del contendio proteico de las semillas, el contenido en fibras \u00e1cido y neutro detergente (adf y ndf), el perfil aminoac\u00eddico, el fraccionamiento proteico y el contenido en nitr\u00f3geno no proteico (nnp). La fracci\u00f3n proteica gliadina result\u00f3 ser la mayoritaria por lo que se procedi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n a la determinaci\u00f3n de los amino\u00e1cidos de la misma.
