Como resultado de esta aplicaci\u00f3n a un fermentador de laboratorio se proponen ecuaciones emp\u00edricas que expresan la influencia de las variables de operaci\u00f3n: intensidad de agitaci\u00f3n, caudal de aireaci\u00f3n, temperatura, composici\u00f3n del gas y fuerza i\u00f3nica de la fase l\u00edquida sobre los par\u00e1metros indicados.  la determinaci\u00f3n fotogr\u00e1fica de las distribuciones de tama\u00f1os de burbuja en el fermentador ha permitido tambi\u00e9n proponer funciones de distribuci\u00f3n que permiten el ajuste de los resultados experimentales y el c\u00e1lculo a partir de ellas de la retenci\u00f3n gaseosa en la dispersi\u00f3n y del \u00e1rea interfacial espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
