Sobre este tema se ha realizado un estudio en el que se propone un modelo que explica la diastereoselectividad del proceso de reducci\u00f3n de beta-iminosulf\u00f3xidos fluorados basado en un apilamiento de las nuves pi de los beta-aminosulf\u00f3xidos. en el estudio se aportan nuevas pruebas basadas en experimentos de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear, c\u00e1lculos computacionales de din\u00e1mica molecular y un estudio del proceso de reducci\u00f3n de beta-iminosulf\u00f3xidos.  en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se trata la s\u00edntesis de beta-aminosulfonas gamma-fluoradas a trav\u00e9s de distintos m\u00e9todos que son: reducci\u00f3n de beta-iminosulfonas gamma-fluoradas, oxidaci\u00f3n de beta-aminosulf\u00f3xidos, gamma fluorados -sintetizados en el anterior cap\u00edtulo-, adici\u00f3n tipo mannich de arilmetilsulfonas a aldiminas fluoradas y oxidaci\u00f3n de beta-aminosulfoximinas fluoradas. De este estudio se ha concluido que los mejores m\u00e9todos son el primero y el segundo. En un segundo apartado de este cap\u00edtulo, se ha investigado en las aplicaciones sint\u00e9ticas de beta-aminosulfonas gamma-fluoradas en la obtenci\u00f3n de dos tipos de compuestos, alilaminas fluoradas \u00f3pticamente activas a trav\u00e9s de una variaci\u00f3n de la reacci\u00f3n de metilenaci\u00f3n de julia y ureas fluoradas c\u00edclicas y ac\u00edclicas \u00f3pticamente activas, compuestos \u00e9stos \u00faltimos, de gran inter\u00e9s por haberse descrito la actividad de sus an\u00e1logos no fluorados frente a la aspartato-proteasa del virus
