{"id":15760,"date":"2018-03-09T09:03:03","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:03:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-la-reaccion-de-13-tiazolio-4-olatos-con-derivados-insaturados-de-carbohidratos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:03:03","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:03:03","slug":"estudio-de-la-reaccion-de-13-tiazolio-4-olatos-con-derivados-insaturados-de-carbohidratos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/estudio-de-la-reaccion-de-13-tiazolio-4-olatos-con-derivados-insaturados-de-carbohidratos\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de la reacci\u00f3n de 1,3-tiazolio-4-olatos con derivados insaturados de carbohidratos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ruth Gordillo Orrego <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se estudia, tanto experimental como te\u00f3ricamente, la reactividad de sistemas de 1,3-tiazolio-4-olatos en procesos de cicloadici\u00f3n con azoalquenos y aldeh\u00eddos quirales derivados de carbohidratos y con aldeh\u00eddos alif\u00e1ticos aquirales diversamente sustituidos.  la reacci\u00f3n con azoalquenos quirales, transcurre con alta quimio, regio y estereoselectividad, generando 2,3-dihidrotiofenos altamente funcionalizados. de este estudio se han alcanzado las siguientes conclusiones:  1,- el primer estereocentro del azoalqueno quiral determina la selectividad facial del dipolar\u00f3filo, es decir, del azoalqueno.  2,- el segundo estereocentro determina la selectividad facial del dipolo, es decir, del heterociclo mesoi\u00f3nico.  3,- la configuraci\u00f3n relativa treo entre los dos primeros estereocentros genera una diastereoselectividad m\u00e1s elevada que una configuraci\u00f3n relativa eritro.  con aldeh\u00eddos quirales, la reacci\u00f3n transcurre con total regioselectividad, aunque con baja diastereoselectividad produciendo tiiranos \u00f3pticamente activos. Con aldeh\u00eddos alif\u00e1ticos aquirales se obtienen tiiranos, beta-lactamas o mezclas de ambos tipos de compuesto, dependiendo del volumen est\u00e9rico y del car\u00e1cter electr\u00f3nico de los sustituyentes del sistema mesoi\u00f3nico y de los aldeh\u00eddos.  los estudios te\u00f3ricos a nivel semiemp\u00edrico (pm3), han permitido racionalizar los resultados encontrados
