Esther <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han sintetizado varios compuestos 1,3-difuncionalizados, que tienen como intermedio com\u00fan las oxazolinas como grupo protector de la funci\u00f3n carbox\u00edlica y auxiliar quiral.  &#8211; se han mono-4 dihalogenado b-enamino\u00e1cidos c-protegidos, se ha estudiado su reducci\u00f3n.  &#8211; se han obtenido b-oxo\u00e1cidos fluorados c-protegidos, y estudiado su reactividad, obteni\u00e9ndose b-hidroxi\u00e1cidos.  &#8211; se ha desarrollado una estrategia para la s\u00edntesis diastereoselectiva de b-amino\u00e1cidos fluorados a trav\u00e9s de la reducci\u00f3n quimioselectiva de b-enamino\u00e1cidos fluorados.  &#8211; se ha desarrollado estrategia para la obtenci\u00f3n de primid\u00edndoionas fluoradas (derv.
