Mientras que la presencia de \u00fanicamente 4 cadenas alqu\u00edlicas en la mol\u00e9cula induce la formaci\u00f3n de mesofases lamelares, aumentar a 5 \u00f3 6 provoca la p\u00e9rdida de este comportamiento mesom\u00f3rfico.
