Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han desarrollado tres nuevos m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis por inyecci\u00f3n en flujo (f.I.A.) Mediante quimioluminiscencia directa. En la optimizaci\u00f3n de estos sistmeas anal\u00edticos se han estudiado variables tales como la concentraci\u00f3n de oxidante y de medio de reacci\u00f3n, la temperatura, la influencia de la presencia de ox\u00edgeno disuelto, sensibilizadores y tensioactivos, as\u00ed como las variables que afectan a la configuraci\u00f3n del sistema f.I.A. (Caudales de portador y oxidante, volumen de muestra insertado y longitud del reactor).  en el primer m\u00e9todo se determina el f\u00e1rmaco antidepresivo fosfato de iproniazida en muestras de inter\u00e9s farmac\u00e9utico (preparaciones gel\u00e9nicas y orina humana) empleando como oxidante sulfato de ce(iv) y amonio en medio \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico. La emisi\u00f3n quimioluminiscente se exalt\u00f3 con el sensibilizador sulfito s\u00f3dico.  en el segundo m\u00e9todo se determina el potenciador de aroma maltol en muestras alimentarias (pan) y se obtuvieron calibrados lineales en matrices complejas (infusi\u00f3n de malta tostada y cerveza). Como oxidante se empleo permanganato pot\u00e1sico en medio \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico y la se\u00f1al quimioluminiscente se exalt\u00f3 con el sensibilizador \u00e1cido f\u00f3rmico, el tensioactivo cloruro de hexadecilpiridinio y una temperatura de ochenta grados cent\u00edgrados.  en el tercer m\u00e9todo se determina el amino\u00e1cido tirosina en muestras de inter\u00e9s farmac\u00e9utico y biom\u00e9dico (mezclas de amino\u00e1cidos y preparaciones gal\u00e9nicas). Se emple\u00f3 como oxidante ferricianuro pot\u00e1sico en medio hidr\u00f3xido pot\u00e1sico.
