La pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n de experimentos de altas energ\u00edas en el cern(laboratorio europeo para la investigaci\u00f3n nuclear, sito en ginebra) para el colosionador lhc, deber\u00e1 soportar anchos de banda de orden de gigabytes por segundo.  como consecuencia, el desarrollo de la electronica de lectura filtrado, construcci\u00f3n y almacenamiento de eventos para los experimentos del lhc supondr\u00e1 un reto sin precedentes. Las arquitecturas en forma de \u00e1rbol basadas en fastbus y vme empleadas en los a\u00f1os 80 no estan a la altura del lhc. nuevos conceptos y arquitecturas en los a\u00f1os 90 sustituyen los buses en chasis por enlaces punto a punto de alta velocidad, abandonan la construccion de eventos centralizada y utilizan redes conmutadas y arquitecturas paralelas en su lugar.  siguiendo estas tendencias y en el contexto de los sistemas de disparo y de adquisici\u00f3n de datos de unos de los cuatro experimentos del lhc (lhcb), esta tesis doctoral tiene como objetivos investigar la viabilidad, estudiar las posibles arquitecturas e implantaciones, desarrollar y probar un modulo electronico crucial para el experimento lhcb: el modulo readout unit. Un objetivo adicional es participar en la definici\u00f3n de los formatos de datos, protocolos y tecnolog\u00eda de los enlaces de datos entre la readout unit y la etapas anterior y posterior en los sistemas de disparo y de adquisici\u00f3n de datos.  este m\u00f3dulo encuentra tres aplicaciones distintas en el experimento lhcb, todas ellas con una funcionalidad com\u00fan denominada construccion de sub-eventos, consistente en aceptar fragmentos de evento desde varias entradas y ensamblarlos en un unico sub-evento de mayor tama\u00f1o que es enviado a una salida de un ancho de banda tambien mayor.
