Carmen Mor\u00e1n Badenas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si bien se puede considerar que, hoy en d\u00eda, los sectores industriales disponen de los tensioactivos adecuados para las funciones que deben realizar, las actuales exigencias europeas, tanto de rentabilidad de procesos como ecol\u00f3gicas, as\u00ed como la creciente preocupaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en materia de medioambiente, reivindican la investigaci\u00f3n de nuevos tensioactivos y sus procesos de obtenci\u00f3n. Una interesante y pr\u00e1ctica estrategia para minimizar la toxicidad e impacto ambiental de los tensioactivos consiste en la preparaci\u00f3n de compuestos cuya estructura molecular mimetiza al de los tensioactivos naturales. entre ellos, destacan los lipoamino\u00e1cidos por la procedencia natural de sus materias primas, inocuidad, multifuncionalidad y biodegradabilidad.  en esta l\u00ednea, en este trabajo se han preparado tensioactivos derivados de amino\u00e1cido con estructura glicerolip\u00edda: 1-lauroil-rac-glicero-3-(nalfa-acetil-l-amino\u00e1cido) y 1,2-dilauroil-rac-glicero-3-(nalfa-acetil-l-amino\u00e1cido) utilizando metodolog\u00edas enzim\u00e1ticas. Entre los diversos amino\u00e1cidos se seleccionaron amino\u00e1cidos presentes en secuencias pept\u00eddicas de lipop\u00e9ptidos naturales: arginina, \u00e1cido asp\u00e1rtico, \u00e1cido glut\u00e1mico, asparagina, glutamina y tirosina, que dar\u00e1n lugar a derivados de tipo cati\u00f3nico (arginina), ani\u00f3nico (a.Asp\u00e1rtico y a.Glut\u00e1mico) y no-i\u00f3nico (asparagina, glutamina y tirosina).  la estrategia de s\u00edntesis ha consistido en la preparaci\u00f3n, en una primera etapa, de los derivados rac-1-o-(nalfa-acetil-l-aminoacil) glicerol a partir de los correspondientes amino\u00e1cidos nalfa-protegidos y el glicerol, es una reacci\u00f3n catalizada por proteasas y\/o lipasas. Se obtuvieron rendimientos globales (reacci\u00f3n + purificaci\u00f3n) comprendidos entre un 46 y un 73% en la s\u00edntesis a escala preparativa (7.5-12.5 g) de estos derivados.
