{"id":15966,"date":"2002-08-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-08-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudi-i-aplicacions-de-fosfines-ambifa%c2%adliques-en-catalisi-i-radiofarma-cia\/"},"modified":"2002-08-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-08-03T00:00:00","slug":"estudi-i-aplicacions-de-fosfines-ambifa%c2%adliques-en-catalisi-i-radiofarma-cia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudi-i-aplicacions-de-fosfines-ambifa%c2%adliques-en-catalisi-i-radiofarma-cia\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudi i aplicacions de fosfines ambif\u00edliques en cat\u00e1lisi i radiofarm\u00c1\u00a0cia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Antonio Solsona Palau <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se describe la s\u00edntesis de tres nuevas fosfinas ambif\u00edlicas hidrosolubles (ch3)3c-ch2-c(ch3)2-ph-(och2ch2)n-p(ph)ch2ch2so3na (donde n=1 (1), 5 (2)), ph2pch2ch2ch2p(pg)ch2ch2-si3na (3), las cuales fueron caracterizadas mediante t\u00e9cnicas de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear de 1h, 13c y 31p, y espectrometr\u00eda de masas electrosprai.  se ha estudiado la reacci\u00f3n de hidroformilaci\u00f3n de olefinas superiores con catalizadores de rodio en sistemas bif\u00e1sicos con once ligandos ambif\u00edlicos. aunque con uno de los ligandos se obtuvo un elevado porcentaje de conversi\u00f3n, la presencia de metal en la fase \u00f3rganica imposibilita el uso de estos ligandos en procesos industriales. Un estudio sint\u00e9tico paralelo en condiciones de hidroformilaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 caracterizar complejos del tipo [rhh(co)l3] (l=fosfina ambif\u00edlica) a partir del precursor [rh(acac)(co)2].  estudios de complejaci\u00f3n de las fosfinas ambif\u00edlicas con paladio(ii) han permitido la caracterizaci\u00f3n de complejos de estequiometr\u00eda [pdcl2l2]. a partir de estos estudios se han obtenido por primera vez datos experimentales que indican la coordinaci\u00f3n del grupo sulfonato de las fosfinas al paladio.  se realizaron estudios de agregaci\u00f3n de las fosfinas ambif\u00edlicas y de sus respectivos complejos de paladio.  mediante medidas de tensi\u00f3n superficial se confirm\u00f3 el car\u00e1cter tensioactivo de (1) y (2) y del complejo [pdcl2(2)2]. Se obtuvo en cada caso el valor de la concentraci\u00f3n micelar cr\u00edtica. Con el fin de visualizar los agregados formados se estudiaron disoluciones acuosas de algunos de los ligandos ambif\u00edlicos i sus complejos de paladio por microscopia electr\u00f3nica usando la t\u00e9cnica de la criofractura. La estructura de los agregados no se pudo caracterizar completamente mediante \u00e9ste m\u00e9todo, probablemente debido a que se formar\u00edan principalmente micelas, las cuales son demasiado
