En este trabajo se han estudiado los mecanismos de adaptacion al ejercicio fisico intenso y regular en el sistema beta-adrenergico-adenilato ciclasa de transduccion de informacion a traves de membrana plasmatica, incidiendo a diferentes niveles (receptor, efector y receptor\/efector) en tres tejidos de ratas entrenadas sobre un tapiz rodante: cardiaco, hepatico y adiposo.  los resultados indican que el sistema de adenilato ciclasa se desensibiliza en corazon puesto que disminuye la densidad de receptores beta-adrenergicos, los niveles de proteina alfas y la actividad enzimatica de adenilato ciclasa estimulada via receptor beta-adrenergico, proteina gs o subunidad catalitica. En higado, el sistema de adenilato ciclasa se hipersensibiliza con el ejercicio fisico, como lo atestigua el aumento observado en los niveles de proteina alfas, y en la actividad de adenilato ciclasa estimulada via receptor beta-adrenergico, proteina gs, o subunidad catalitica. En: tejido adiposo tambien se observa una hipersensibilizacion del sistema con el ejercicio fisico, pero diferente a la de higado, puesto que la densidad de receptores beta-adrenergicos aumenta, asi como los niveles de alfas y la actividad de adenilato ciclasa estimulada via receptor o via subunidad catalitica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
