En el periodo de estabilizaci\u00f3n se obtienen los valores basales. Posteriormente se induce la fibrilaci\u00f3n ventricular, dejando un intervalo de 8 minutos sin intervenci\u00f3n antes de iniciar las compresiones tor\u00e1cicas. Durante la rcp se somete a cada cerdo a 4 periodos de 5 minutos cadau no, alternando rcp con y sin bal\u00f3n de oclusi\u00f3n intra-a\u00f3rtico. tras la eutanasia, se realiza estudio post-mortem.  resultados: el inflado del bal\u00f3n de oclusi\u00f3n provoca un incremento en el etco2 en torno a un 38%. Tambien aumentan las presiones arteriales sit\u00f3licas, diast\u00f3lica  y media tras el empleo del bal\u00f3n en un 90%, 11,4% y 97,6% respectivamente. la presi\u00f3n de perfusi\u00f3n coronaria pasa inicialmente de10,21 mmhg a 2*9,0 mmhg tras la oclusi\u00f3n de la aorta, lo que supone un incremento del 31,8%. los valores iniciales de perfusi\u00f3n cerebral presentan un aumento del 356% al usar un bal\u00f3n, pasando de 12,54 mhg. Todas las diferencias son estad\u00edsticamente significativas.
