Las aleaciones de cu-al-ni son principales candidatas para ser empleadas en aplicaciones a altas temperaturas (en torno a 200\u00c2\u00bac), pero su elevada fragilidad limita su aplicaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica. En el marco de trabajos anteriores se desarroll\u00f3 un nuevo m\u00e9todo de elaboraci\u00f3n de aleaciones de cu-al-ni mediante pulvimetalurgia, que permite obtener aleaciones con mejores propiedades termomec\u00e1nicas que las observadas en aleaciones policristalinas elaboradas por cualquier otro m\u00e9todo. Sin embargo, las causas microestructurales que justifican esta mejora est\u00e1n a\u00fan bajo estudio.  en esta tesis doctoral se ha realizado una completa caracterizaci\u00f3n microestructural mediante microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de aleaciones de cu-al-ni elaboradas por pulvimetalurgia para encontrar la relaci\u00f3n entre la microestructura introducida por el m\u00e9todo de elaboraci\u00f3n y sus propiedades termomec\u00e1nicas.  se ha observado que el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n genera una novedosa estructura de subjuntas formadas por superdislocaciones que absorben las dislocaciones m\u00f3viles durante la deformaci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica, resultando ser la responsable de las excelentes propiedades termomec\u00e1nicas observadas en las aleaciones elaboradas por este m\u00e9todo.
