{"id":16088,"date":"2018-03-09T09:03:33","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:03:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/actividad-de-los-leucocitos-polimorfonucleares-frente-a-hongos-filamentosos-causantes-de-enfermedades-internas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:03:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:03:33","slug":"actividad-de-los-leucocitos-polimorfonucleares-frente-a-hongos-filamentosos-causantes-de-enfermedades-internas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/actividad-de-los-leucocitos-polimorfonucleares-frente-a-hongos-filamentosos-causantes-de-enfermedades-internas\/","title":{"rendered":"Actividad de los leucocitos polimorfonucleares frente a hongos filamentosos causantes de enfermedades internas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Cristina Gil Lamaignere <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La incidencia de infecciones fungicas internas esta aumentando paulatinamente, principalmente debido al incremento en el n\u00famero de pacientes inmunodeprimidos. en el presente estudio evaluamos la actividad antifungica de los neutrofilos (pmnl) frente a hifas de hongos pertenencientes al filo zygomycota (absidia corymbifera, rhizopus oryzae y rhizopus microsporum) y al filo ascomycota de ani\u00f3n superoxido y de actividad, antifungica global.  adem\u00e1s, se evaluo el efecto que una incubaci\u00f3n a corto y largo plazo de estos pmnl en presencia de gm-csf y\/o ifn-gamma, tiene sobre dicha actividad. asi mismo, se evalua el efecto que ciertos f\u00e1rmacos tienen sobre la actividad antifungica de estos fagocitos. Los f\u00e1rmacos fueron distintas formulaciones farmacol\u00f3gicas de anfotericina b (amb) (disuelta en deoxicolato o damb, en complejo lipidico o ablc y liposo\u00f1ial o lamb) y diversos azoles (itraconazol o itc, voriconazol o vrc y posaconazol o psc).  los resultados mostraron que los pmnl muestran distinta actividad frente a las diversas especies estudiadas. Adem\u00e1s, el tratamiento con las citoquinas estudiado es capaz de incrementar su actitividad antifungica con una cin\u00e9tica temporal variable seg\u00fan el hongo evaluado, con una mejor actividad de gm-csf. de las formulaciones de amb, ablc muestra un efecto aditivo sobre la actividad antifungica de los pmnl frente a todos los hongos evaluados, mientras las otras dos formulaciones lo hacen solo frente a algunos de los hongos. Por otra parte, los tres azoles estudiados mostraron un efecto aditivo sobre la actividad antifungica de los pmnl frente a ambos scedosporium, si bien solamente psc mostro efectos sin\u00e9rgicos con
