Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis tiene como finalidad analizar c\u00f3mo se plantea el tr\u00e1nsito al mundo laboral en el caso de los j\u00f3venes con discapacidad, con qu\u00e9 tipo de preparaci\u00f3n cuentan y de qu\u00e9 alternativas disponen al finalizar su etapa escolar.  el trabajo se divide en dos partes:  en la primera se establece el marco coneptual, nomativo y de investigaci\u00f3n sobre el proceso de orientaci\u00f3n profesional de las personas con discapacidad, en general, y, en concreto, sobre el proceso de transici\u00f3n escuela-empleo.  en la segunda parte se realiza un estudio descriptivo sobre diversos proyectos de transici\u00f3n escuela-empleo para personas con discapacidad, desarrollados en espa\u00f1a durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada del siglo xx.  este estudio se ha llevado a cabo en tres fases; la primera consiste en un estudio exploratorio en el que se describen una serie de proyectos enmarcados dentro  de la iniciativa comunitaria empleo-horiz\u00f3n; la segunda, en un estudio de encuesta cuyo objetivo es concoer las normas de calidad que, seg\u00fan los profesionales, deben cumplir los programas de transici\u00f3n; y la tercera, en un estudio de caso m\u00faltiple en el que se analiza el grado de aplicabilidad y cumplimiento de dichas normas.  como conclusi\u00f3n, se incluye una propuesta de programas de transici\u00f3n escuela-empleo para personas con discapacidad, que recoge las aportaciones te\u00f3ricas de la primera parte de la tesis, y los resultados del estudio que constituye la segunda parte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Normativa de orientaci\u00f3n profesional de personas con discapacidad. transici\u00f3n escuela-empleo.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Normativa de orientaci\u00f3n profesional de personas con discapacidad. transici\u00f3n escuela-empleo. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Iglesias Garcia M.
