Se ha observado un efecto auto-plantilla por parte de los iones cloruro y bromuro en la formaci\u00f3n de algunos macrociclicos y se ha podido cuantificar el efecto plantilla causado por iones cloruro a trav\u00e9s de un exhaustivo estudio cin\u00e9tico.  as\u00ed mismo, se ha abordado la preparaci\u00f3n de otros sistemas macroc\u00edclicos que incorporan subunidades de 1h-1,2,4-triazol como componentes de sistemas mec\u00e1nicamente entrelazados de tipo (2)catenano. Estos nuevos compuestos han exhibido interesantes propiedades, entre las cuales cabe destacar la existencia de un \u00fanico is\u00f3mero translacional en algunos de los (2)catenanos sintetizados, tanto en disoluci\u00f3n como en estado s\u00f3lido. As\u00ed como la existencia de enanti\u00f3meros conformacionales en estado s\u00f3lido como resultado de una resoluci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea durante el proceso de cristalizaci\u00f3n.  la incorporaci\u00f3n de las subunidades de 1h-1,2,4-triazol permitira el sistema triazol\/triazolato mediante el control externo del ph y la posible aplicaci\u00f3n de los (2)catenanos sintetizados como interruptores moleculares. pero estos sistemas han mostrado ser altamente inestables en medio b\u00e1sico, debi\u00e9ndose descartar la unidad de 1h-1,2,4-triazol para la preparaci\u00f3n de
