Las especies reconocidas se agrupan en 124 g\u00e9neros, de 44 familias. Los g\u00e9neros con mayor n\u00famero de especies son caloplaca (33) y lecanora (25). Destacamos tambi\u00e9n los g\u00e9neros collema (16) y leptogium (16), por su elevado n\u00famero de especies, en comparaci\u00f3n con las que aparecen en otras zonas bien conocidas y de caracter\u00edsticas similares de la regi\u00f3n mediterr\u00e1nea peninsular. Se aportan claves dicot\u00f3micas para la identificaci\u00f3n de todas las especies.  consideramos, seg\u00fan nuestros datos, nuevas citas para la espa\u00f1a peninsular: aspicilia lignicola, candelariella faginea, c.Viae-lacteae, catapurenium daedaleum, c.Waltheri, leptogium cretaceum, l.Diffractum, l.Imbricatum, strangospora deplanata y verrucaria cinereoviridescens. Del mismo modo, son nuevas citas para la provincia de ja\u00e9n 271 especies. Con nuestros datos, se ampl\u00eda considerablemente el \u00e1rea de distribuci\u00f3n de las siguientes especies: agonimia allobata, a.Octospora, bacidia absistens, b.Herbarum, b.Subincompta, calicium montanum, calolaca assigena, catillaria minuta, leptogium burnetiae, l.Intermedium, l.Microphylloides, melaspilea urceolata, psoroglaena stigonemoides, psorotrichia frustulosa, rinodina castanomela, r.Furfuracea, verrucaria sorbinea y v.Transiliensis.  mycobilimbia olivacea y mycobilimbia parvilobulosa son dos t\u00e1xones hasta el momento no descritos formalmente, y que aqu\u00ed se estudian con especial inter\u00e9s. A efectos comparativos, se ha realizado una peque\u00f1a revisi\u00f3n de las especies de mycobilimbia y myxobilimbia que aparecen en el parque natural, utilizando tambi\u00e9n material de otras
