Se presentan los cambios inducidos a nivel del recambio de atp, y se describe la acci\u00f3n de la ciclosporina sobre la mitocondria que acabar\u00e1 condicionando la depolarizaci\u00f3n de la misma. Mostramos como a pesar de dichos efectos la concentraci\u00f3n intracelular de atp se mantiene constante, lo que permite a la c\u00e9lula entrar en un proceso de apoptosis. estudiamos la situaci\u00f3n de la na, k-atpasa como principal determinante del recambio de atp y mostramos tanto los efectos in vitro de la ciclosporina sobre la bomba de sodio como sus efectos in vivo sobre el transporte activo de sodio. Describimos por primera vez la desinserci\u00f3n de la bomba de sodio de su habitual sitio de acci\u00f3n bajo el efecto de la ciclosporina, y presentamos las repercusiones celulares, tubulares y renales de dicho fen\u00f3meno.
