estructura y modo de acci\u00f3n de los factores de transcripci\u00f3n naturales, que son las prote\u00ednas responsables de iniciar el proceso de la expresi\u00f3n de los diferentes genes de un organismo, se han sintetizado p\u00e9ptidos capaces de mimetizar la capacidad de reconocimiento del adn de dichos factores de transcripci\u00f3n.  en concreto, el trabajo se ha enfocado hacia la s\u00edntesis de p\u00e9ptidos derivados de la regi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de un factor de transcripci\u00f3n de tipo bzip (el gcn4) provistos de artefactos moleculares cuya conformaci\u00f3n puede regularse mediante alg\u00fan tipo de se\u00f1al externa, de forma que la afinidad del p\u00e9ptido resultante por distintas secuencias de adn puede modularse y\/o
