En la primera, los c\u00e1lculos de varios observables inducidos por fluctuaciones en superconductores isotr\u00f3picos masivos y laminares se extienden, dentro del marco de la teor\u00eda de ginzburg y landau de las transiciones de fase, a las regiones de altos campos y altas temperaturas reducidas utilizando dos condiciones de corte diferentes: el corte en momentos convencional y el corte de energ\u00eda total. Este \u00faltimo es una nueva aproximaci\u00f3n para los efectos de las fluctuaciones de corta longitud de onda que se fundamenta en las limitaciones que el principio de incertidumbre impone a la longitud de coherencia superconductora.  a continuaci\u00f3n, estos resultados te\u00f3ricos se utilizan para analizar medidas de la para conductividad y el diamagnetismo inducido por fluctuaciones en el regimen de cortas longitudes de onda. Tales medidas fueron realizadas en varios materiales superconductores, tanto de alta como de baja temperatura critica. La consecuencia m\u00e1s importante de estos an\u00e1lisis es la confirmaci\u00f3n de la existencia de una temperatura reducida bien definida por encima de la cual no existen pares de cooper
