Asimismo, se han realizado ensayos hasta rotura por tracci\u00f3n diagonal o cortante de elementos estructurales a escala real, los cuales se han analizado utilizando formulaciones existentes en distintos c\u00f3digos de dise\u00f1o.  el comportamiento a tracci\u00f3n uniaxial del hormig\u00f3n reforzado con fibras de acero se caracteriza utilizando cilindros entallados, elaborados con hormigones de resistencia normal y alta, con y sin fibras de acero. La metodolog\u00eda se extiende tambi\u00e9n para testigos extra\u00eddos de elementos de mayor tama\u00f1o. Los resultados se utilizan para definir par\u00e1metros de tenacidad y resistencia equivalentes de post-pico utilizables para representar el comportamiento del material y para un posible dise\u00f1o estructural. Adem\u00e1s, se desarrolla un estudio param\u00e9trico experimental, que considera diferentes variables del ensayo y forma de probetas, para definir una configuraci\u00f3n confiable del ensayo. Se analizan los modos de rotura observados y se eval\u00faa la respuesta tensi\u00f3n-ancho de fisura. Asimismo, se propone una relaci\u00f3n tensi\u00f3n-apertura de fisura caracter\u00edstica para el dise\u00f1o y an\u00e1lisis estructural. el comportamiento a tracci\u00f3n uniaxial se compara tambi\u00e9n con el de flexi\u00f3n y tracci\u00f3n por compresi\u00f3n diametral.  la fractura por cortante se estudia a nivel material, en hormigones de resistencia normal y alta, con y sin fibras de acero, utilizando la configuraci\u00f3n de cortante directo denominada push-off. Se analizan los modos de rotura, y la respuesta tensi\u00f3n-desplazamiento relativo completa (pre- y post-pico).
