Aplicaci\u00f3n a la corismato mutasa\u00bb, se ha realizado el estudiado te\u00f3rico de la reacci\u00f3n de conversi\u00f3n del corismato en prefenato, adem\u00e1s del equilibrio conformacional de los reactivos, en distintos medios: fase gas, disoluci\u00f3n acuosa y entorno proteico (bscm). Para ello se han empleado tanto m\u00e9todos h\u00edbridos de exploraci\u00f3n de la hipersuperficie de energ\u00eda potencial, como m\u00e9todos de simulaci\u00f3n estad\u00edsticos qm\/mm (para la obtenci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas libres).  en lo que respecta a la etapa propiamente de reacci\u00f3n, se observa como la presencia del medio disminuye la barrera de activaci\u00f3n: agicat.
