{"id":16384,"date":"2002-12-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-12-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/mecanismos-bioqua%c2%admicos-del-shock-endotoxico-respuesta-hepatica-al-estres-oxidativo\/"},"modified":"2002-12-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-12-04T00:00:00","slug":"mecanismos-bioqua%c2%admicos-del-shock-endotoxico-respuesta-hepatica-al-estres-oxidativo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/mecanismos-bioqua%c2%admicos-del-shock-endotoxico-respuesta-hepatica-al-estres-oxidativo\/","title":{"rendered":"Mecanismos bioqu\u00edmicos del shock endot\u00f3xico: respuesta hep\u00e1tica al estr\u00e9s oxidativo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Myriam Catal\u00e1 Rodr\u00edguez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El estudio de la respuesta hep\u00e1tica al estr\u00e9s oxidativo desencadenado por la endotoxina de e.Coli 0111:b4 (lps) se ha llevado a cabo en el presente trabajo utilizando distintos modelos experimentales con el fin de caracterizar la acci\u00f3n del lps in vivo sobre sistemas antioxidantes hep\u00e1ticos y s\u00e9ricos y poder diferenciar in vitro los efectos directos del lps de los producidos por distintos mediadores de la acci\u00f3n endot\u00f3xica.  los resultados obtenidos en vivo con el modelo de shock endot\u00f3xico reversible en rata e in vitro con la utilizaci\u00f3n de distintas poblaciones celulares hep\u00e1ticas, demuestran la importancia de los mecanismos de defensa antioxidante del h\u00edgado (sistema glutati\u00f3n, mn-sod o catalasa) durante el shock endot\u00f3xico e indica la posible utilidad de los niveles de glutati\u00f3n plasm\u00e1tico como indicador de la fase aguda del proceso.  los experimentos in vivo no permiten diferenciar entre el efecto directo o debido a mediadores de la acci\u00f3n endot\u00f3xica, por lo que se analiz\u00f3 la acci\u00f3n del lps in vitro con el objeto de profundizar en sus mecanismos de acci\u00f3n sobre el tejido hep\u00e1tico y el suero. Con este motivo se ha estudiado la acci\u00f3n directa del lps sobre el sistema glutati\u00f3n en presencia o ausencia de lipoprote\u00ednas, las actividades glutati\u00f3n peroxidasa y glutati\u00f3n reductasa y la uni\u00f3n celular del lps en distintos tipos celulares (c\u00e9lulas parenquimatosas, endoteliales y de kupffer) as\u00ed como el efecto de mediadores de la acci\u00f3n endot\u00f3xica sobre c\u00e9lulas parenquimatosas.  en el presente trabajo se demuestra in vitro que la relaci\u00f3n gssg\/tgsh no se correlaciona con la existencia de estr\u00e9s oxidativo producido in vivo por lps o tnf-alfa.
