Los puntos principales del estudio han sido:  -la clonacion y caracterizacion de dos tiorredoxinas h y una ntr de trigo.  se han llevado a cabo la expresion y purificacion de ambos componenetes del sistema, ensayos in vitro de la funcionalidad del sistema y produccion de anticuerpos policonales que nos han permitido la inmunodeteccion de la proteina. Ademas se ha generado un mutante de tiorredoxina h en el sitio activo.  -el estudio del patron de expresi\u00f3n de los componentes del sistema en distintos organos y tejidos del trigo.  el estudio del patron de expresi\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo mediante el uso de tecnicas de northern y western blot, rt-pcr (relativa y competitiva) e inmunolocalizacion en cortes de semillas de trigo, revelando una localizacion nuclear solo en tejidos de la semilla.  -el estudio de la relacion entre el estr\u00e9s oxidativo y el sistema nadp\/tiorredoxina.  mediante la deteccion in situ de especies oxidantes se ha encontrado una colocalizacion de las tiorredoxinas h y de radicales superoxido, tanto en el desarrollo como en la germinacion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
