Para contrastar esta hip\u00f3tesis en el g\u00e9nero drosophila se han construido mapas f\u00edsicos de los cromosomas x, 3 y 4 de las especies d.Repleta y d.Buzzatti (hom\u00f3logos a los cromosomas x, 2l y 3l de d.Melanogaster). La t\u00e9cnica utilizada para la obtenci\u00f3n de estos mapas ha sido la hibridaci\u00f3n in situ de un total de 218 marcadores (clones g\u00e9nicos, c\u00f3smidos y fagos p1) procedentes de la especie d.Melanogaster.  las especies d.Repleta y d.Buzzatii pertenecen al grupo repleta del subg\u00e9nero drosophila y divergieron de d.Melanogaster (subg\u00e9nero sophophora) hace 40-62 millones de a\u00f1os. En el caso del cromosoma 3 se analiz\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n molecular de la regi\u00f3n de 1,944 mb que rodea al locus adh en la especie d.Melanogaster. Para los cromosomas  x y 4 se obtuvieron mapas f\u00edsicos de todo el cromosoma con una densidad promedio de marcadores de uno cada 333 kb y uno cada 342 kb respectivamente.  la comparaci\u00f3n de los mapas f\u00edsicos de las especies d. Melanogaster y d. repleta nos permite estimar el n\u00famero de inversiones fijadas durante la divergencia de estas dos especies. Los resultados tambi\u00e9n ha sido comparados con los obtenidos previamente para el cromosoma 2 en estas mismas especies. esta comparaci\u00f3n muestra que hay diferencias de hasta cuatro veces en la tasa evolutiva entre cromosomas siendo el cromosoma x el que tiene una tasa m\u00e1s elevada. En conjunto se estima que el n\u00famero de inversiones parac\u00e9ntricas fijadas entre estas dos especies es de 393 y la tasa de promedio de disrupciones por mb y por mill\u00f3n de a\u00f1os es de 0,053. Este resultado corrobora la elevada tasa de reordenaciones observada en el g\u00e9nero drosophila.  la comparaci\u00f3n de los mapas f\u00edsicos obtenidos para las especies d.Repleta y d.Buzzatii
