Las ciclaciones promovidas por ti(iii) de acetato de 6,7-epoxigeranilo y acetato de 10, 11-epoxifarnesilo han conducido mayoritariamente a productos con anillos de seis miembros, mientras que cuando se cicla acetato de 6,7-epoxilinalilo y acetato de 10,11-epoxinerolidilo, se obtiene un anillo de siete miembros en el primer caso y un anillo de seis fusionado a uno de siete miembros en el segundo. esta nueva metodolog\u00eda puede aplicarse a la s\u00edntesis de numerosos terponoides naturales con esqueleto mono o polic\u00edclico. Las ciclaciones con mn(oac)3 y cu(oac)3 de 2,6,10-trimetil-13-metoxi-3-oxo-6,10-tridecanoato de etilo y 13-hidroxi-2,6,-10-trimetil-3-oxo-6,10-tridecadienoato de etilo, permiten acceder a decalinas con una estereoqu\u00edmica trans, convenientemente funcionalizadas para su posterior aplicaci\u00f3n en la preparaci\u00f3n de podolactonas 3beta-hidroxiladas.  las podolactonas son metabolitos aislados de plantas del g\u00e9nero podocarpus, aunque se han encontrado en algunas especies de hongos. Estos productos naturales presentan propiedades biol\u00f3gicas intersantes, como actividad herbicida, funguicida y antiinflamatoria. En la presente tesis se ha abordado la preparaci\u00f3n de wentilactona b, una podolactona aislada de aspergillus ventii, utilizando la ciclaci\u00f3n radicalaria de 13-hidroxi-2,6, 10-trimetil-3-oxo-6,10-tridecadienoato de etilo como etapa clave de la s\u00edntesis. De esta manera se ha probado la eficacia de nuestra estrategia para la s\u00edntesis de podolactonas hidroxiladas en c-3. Adem\u00e1s nuestra s\u00edntesis ha permitido revisar la estructura propuesta para el producto natural, resign\u00e1ndose el grupo hidroxilo en la posici\u00f3n 2alfa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
