(1) c\u00f3mo incide el grado de orientaci\u00f3n al mercado de una organizaci\u00f3n empresarial en el desarrollo de sus capacidades de estrat\u00e9gicas de marketing y, concretamente, cu\u00e1les son sus efectos en el desarrollo de las capacidades espec\u00edficas que permiten, a las empresas, desarrollar fuertes v\u00ednculos relacionados con sus clientes.
