El estudio del polimorfismo de las muestras ha permitido establecer una correlaci\u00f3n entre la fase iv estabilizada del na y los granos de morfolog\u00edas homog\u00e9neas y de microristales peque\u00f1os. Se han realizado estudios de modificaci\u00f3n del h\u00e1bito cristalino del na en presencia de mol\u00e9culas ambif\u00edlicas, que ponen de manifiesto una relaci\u00f3n directa entre el efecto del surfactante, que se usa en el proceso industrial de torre de \u00abprill\u00bb, y la morfolog\u00eda interna y distribucion de porosidad en el gr\u00e1nulo. Se ha estudiado el efecto de los tensoactivos puros en diferentes condiciones de crecimiento de na, y se ha encontrado una interacci\u00f3n especifica de dichas mol\u00e9culas con determinados tipos de caras. Los resultados de los correspondientes c\u00e1lculos semiemp\u00edricos ponen de manifiesto la especificidad de algunas especies para interaccionar con determinadas caras, lo cual se debe a razones
