Igualmente se ha realizado el estudio de las variaciones causadas por la cantidad, distribuci\u00f3n y porosidad de la mezcla reactiva.  menci\u00f3n especial merece la composici\u00f3n de la mezcla inicial, en la que se han considerado por una parte el efecto de la diluci\u00f3n del si con si3n4 y por otra, la adici\u00f3n de sales am\u00f3nicas. Respecto a las sales am\u00f3nicas, se han estudiado el efecto de sales inorg\u00e1nicas (cloruro, fluoruro y carbonato am\u00f3nico) y sales org\u00e1nicas (acetato, oxalato y carbamato am\u00f3nico).  as\u00ed mismo se han buscado las condiciones id\u00f3neas para la s\u00edntesis de nitruro de silicio con el m\u00e1ximo contenido en fase alfa-si3n4, con el m\u00e1ximo contenido en fase beta-si3n4 y se ha procedido al crecimiento de fibras de beta-si3n4.  finalmente, se ha empleado polvo sintetizado y tras la adici\u00f3n de los aditivos de sinterizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar se ha densificado, comparando su comportamiento con un material sintetizado a partir de nitruro de silico comercial.  como principales t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n se ha utilizado: perfiles de temperatura de la s\u00edntesis, difracci\u00f3n de rayos-x, medida de superficie espec\u00edfica mediante adsorci\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno y microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de
