Se escogieron dos \u00e1reas distintas: una afectada por los procesos glaciares (serra de queixa y sena de xur\u00e9s) y otra (macizo de o pindo) originada por un proceso de incisi\u00f3n flural. El 21ne cosmog\u00e9nico acumulado en el cuarzo se midi\u00f3 por espectrometr\u00eda de masas de gases nobles (ng-ms).  los resultados para las \u00e1reas glaciadas permiten identificar, por primera vez en la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e9rica, con cronolog\u00edas absolutas superficies pertenecientes a los estad\u00edos isot\u00f3picos 2,6 y 8. En la zona del macizo de o pindo las superficies resultaron ser mucho m\u00e1s recientes que lo previamente postulado, siendo m\u00e1s recientes cuanto mayor es su altitud. Por lo tanto la tasa de erosi\u00f3n aumentar\u00eda con la altitud.
