Se ha llegado a la conclusi\u00f3n de que el intercambio de cadenas sigue el modelo de rotaci\u00f3n simple propuesto para las dem\u00e1s recombinasas de la familia. el complejo sin\u00e1ptico es mantenido por interacciones prote\u00edna-prote\u00edna entre prot\u00f3meros de b que est\u00e1n en los subsitios de recombinaci\u00f3n y por la presencia de la prote\u00edna hbsu que se sit\u00faa entre los subsitios y proporciona estructuras mas curvadas del adn.  2,- se ha visto que la reacci\u00f3n de recombinaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de sitio catalizada por la prote\u00edna b se puede ver alterada por la presencia de otras prote\u00edna que modifican la arquitectura del adn. Por un lado, se ha caracterizado la prote\u00edna g del pl\u00e1smido psm19035 de s.Pyogenes y se ha visto que es una topoisomerasa tipo iii, que relaja el adn. Al analizar esta prote\u00edna dentro de la recombinaci\u00f3n mediada por la prote\u00edna b, se ha visto que produce mol\u00e9culas de adn mas relajadas que derivan en productos de recombinaci\u00f3n propios de la inversi\u00f3n. Por otro lado, la prote\u00edna lrpc de b.Subtilis produce estructuras del adn complicadas que son incapaces de formar complejos sin\u00e1pticos productivos, vi\u00e9ndose la reacci\u00f3n de resoluci\u00f3n inhibida en presencia de altas concentraciones de lrpc.  3,- se ha llegado a definir el dominio estructural de uni\u00f3n a adn de la prote\u00edna hbsu de b.Subtilis. Se ha visto que el residulo treonina 65 es el m\u00e1s importante en la uni\u00f3n a adn.  4,- se ha caracterizado bioqu\u00edmica y gen\u00e9ticamente la prote\u00edna lrpc de b.Subtilis. Con los resultados obtenidos podemos encuadrar la prote\u00edna lrpc en la familia de prote\u00edns que producen el papreamiento de mol\u00e9culas de adn ho<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
