Pedrosa Poyato <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente memoria se estudia la organizaci\u00f3n molecular de compuestos org\u00e1nicos, tales como derivados de porfirinas y azobencenos, en pel\u00edculas de langmuir y de langmuir-blodgett (lb). Asimismo, se analizan sus propiedades electroqu\u00edmicas y su aplicaci\u00f3n a la detecci\u00f3n de di\u00f3xido de nitr\u00f3geno. la tesis doctoral est\u00e1 constituida por una introducci\u00f3n general y por el conjunto de trabajos publicados o pendientes de publicaci\u00f3n, por el doctorando.  en la introducci\u00f3n se hace una revisi\u00f3n general de la preparaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas de langmuir y de langmuir-blodget, de las t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n empleadas, y de los aspectos y modelos te\u00f3ricos para la caracterizaci\u00f3n espectrosc\u00f3pica y electroqu\u00edmica de las pel\u00edculas objeto de estudio.  la relaci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos se ha distribuido en tres cap\u00edtulso atendiendo a los diferentes temas espec\u00edficos en que dichos art\u00edculos pueden encuadrarse.  * organizaci\u00f3n molecular en pel\u00edculas superficiales  esta parte profundiza en el estudio de la organizaci\u00f3n molecular de pel\u00edculas superficiales de una porfirina soluble en agua, de sus derivados metalados, y de un azobenceno de naturaleza anfifilica. Dicho estudio se realiza mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de isotermas presi\u00f3n superficial-\u00e1rea, espectroscop\u00eda de reflexi\u00f3n, microscop\u00eda de \u00e1ngulo brewster (bam), y espectroscopia de absorci\u00f3n uv-visible. El uso de estas t\u00e9cnicas en conjunci\u00f3n con el empleo de modelos te\u00f3ricos, permite la elucidaci\u00f3n de factores como la agregaci\u00f3n o la orientaci\u00f3n molecular, que son determinantes en el control de la arquitectura supramolecular de las pel\u00edculas obtenidas.  * propiedades electroqu\u00edmicas de las porfirinas h2tmpyp y nitmpyp en disoluci\u00f3n y en pel\u00edculas superficiales  en esta memoria se han utilizado electrodos \u00f3pticamente transparentes (ito), sobre los cuales se han depositado pel\u00edculas lb de porfirinas para su posterior estudio electroqu\u00edmico.
