{"id":16604,"date":"2018-03-09T09:04:18","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/simulacion-del-transito-de-iones-hn-a-traves-de-laminas-delgadas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:04:18","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:04:18","slug":"simulacion-del-transito-de-iones-hn-a-traves-de-laminas-delgadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/simulacion-del-transito-de-iones-hn-a-traves-de-laminas-delgadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Simulaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito de iones hn+ a trav\u00e9s de l\u00e1minas delgadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Manuel Barriga Carrasco <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis se basa en la creaci\u00f3n de un programa de simulaci\u00f3n que permite analizar con gran detalle experimentos de interacci\u00f3n del proyectiles moleculares con l\u00e1minas delgadas.  a partir del formalismo diel\u00e9ctrico y de una funci\u00f3n de p\u00e9rdida energ\u00e9tica que describe adecuadamente el poder de frenado del medio electr\u00f3nico del material, se estudia el frenado electr\u00f3nico de los diferentes iones de hidr\u00f3geno, diferenciado entre el frenado de estos iones no disociados del frenado de estos iones disociados.  adem\u00e1s, se hallan los efectos de vecindad electr\u00f3nicos en el sistema h2+ -h+, los cuales son parecidos a los del h+ -h+. Los efectos de vecindad tienden a alinear en la direcci\u00f3n del haz los fragmentos disociados de los iones moleculares. Estos efectos se ponen de manifiesto en la asimetr\u00eda de altura de los picos coulombianos de los espectros de energ\u00eda de los iones disociados de las diferentes mol\u00e9culas de hidr\u00f3geno. Tambi\u00e9n se ven estos efectos en las distribuciones de distancias relativas entre los iones procedentes de las diferentes disociaciones, ya que el valor medio de la distribuci\u00f3n de la distancia relativa entre los iones m\u00e1s retrasados es menor que el valor medio de las respectivas distribuciones de los iones m\u00e1s adelantados.  la tesis incorpora un modelo para los procesos de p\u00e9rdidas y captura electr\u00f3nica de los fragmentos at\u00f3micos procedentes de agregados de hidr\u00f3geno. los procesos de p\u00e9rdida y captura electr\u00f3nica de un proyectil at\u00f3mico est\u00e1n influenciados por la presencia de fragmentos vecinos procedentes de una misma disociaci\u00f3n y que dependen de la distancia rij entre ellos y de la velocidad de haz.  se simula el tr\u00e1nsito de iones moleculares h2+, sin disociar y disociados, a trav\u00e9s de l\u00e1minas delgadas. Al implementar en el programa de simulaci\u00f3n el proceso de recombinaci\u00f3n del ion h2+ se comprueba que depende del hecho de que dos protones capturen un electr\u00f3n en la superficie de
