Esta hiperexpresi\u00f3n de hbcl-2 prolonga la vida media de estas c\u00e9lulas, pero no parece afectar a algunas de sus funciones fisiol\u00f3gicas, como son su respuesta frente a ant\u00edgenos t-dependientes o la maduraci\u00f3n del grado de avidez de los anticuerpos. Sin embargo, provoca un marcado incremento de los niveles s\u00e9ricos de iga, incluso con especificidades autorreactivas. La inhibici\u00f3n de la apopt\u00f3sis de las c\u00e9lulas b de los ratones transg\u00e9nicos de hbcl-2 no provoca respuestas autoinmunes en ratones normales, como los de la cepa c57bl\/6, pero cuando se cruzan con ratones pro-autoinmunes (nzw o bxsb) se desencadena una enfermedad autoinmune severa con producci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples auto-anticuerpos, alteraciones a nivel de los glom\u00e9rulos renales con dep\u00f3sito de inmunocomplejos predominantemente de iga e igm y aceleraci\u00f3n de la mortalidad. El an\u00e1lisis de los mecanismos celulares implicados en la producci\u00f3n de auto-acs con actividad factor reumatoide, mediante construcci\u00f3n de dobles quimeras, sugiere que la activaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas b autorreactivas en los animales transg\u00e9nicos de hbcl-2 se debe a una colaboraci\u00f3n mediada por linfocitos t autorreactivos asociados al fondo g\u00e9nico pro-autoinmune de los ratones nzw o bxsb. La implicaci\u00f3n de los linfocitos cd4+ en la activaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas b hbcl-2+ se manifiesta con la prevenci\u00f3n de las manifestaciones autoinmunes, tanto serol\u00f3gicas como anatomopatol\u00f3gicas, tras el tratamiento de estos ratones con el anticuerpo monoclonal gk1.5 que induce la eliminaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
