(Cap 3-4). en el cap\u00edtulo 3 se hace una revisi\u00f3n de la teor\u00eda de la dielectroforesis y se estudian los distintos modelos celulares (una sola c\u00e9lula esf\u00e9rica, dos c\u00e9lulas, c\u00e9lula con varias capas y c\u00e9lula esferoidal) que ser\u00e1n luego utilizadas. En el cap\u00edtulo 4 se describen los materiales y m\u00e9todos del experimento.  * cuarta parte  en esta parte se realizan seis experiencias, cada una encaminada a resolver o un problema planteado en la anterior. En cada experiencia se avanza un paso m\u00e1s en el conocimiento del m\u00e9todo propuesto o se prueban nuevos modelos celulares (cap. 5-10)  * quinta parte  conclusiones generales. (Cap. 12)  la aportaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s original de esta tesis radica en el desarrollo te\u00f3rico y montaje experimental de un m\u00e9todo repetible, capaz de cuantificar la fuerza dielectrofor\u00e9tica de forma din\u00e1mica en part\u00edculas individuales. este m\u00e9todo ha demostrado ser bastante m\u00e1s fiable y preciso que los m\u00e9todos est\u00e1ticos desarrollados hasta la fecha.  ello ha supuesto una aportaci\u00f3n importante al conocimiento de la fuerza dielectrofor\u00e9tica y a los fen\u00f3menos de polarizaci\u00f3n celular.  el trabajo desarrollado en esta tesis, ha dado lugar a un art\u00edculo en una revista cient\u00edfica:  \u00abdielectrophoretic motion of oblate spheroidal particles.
