<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se estudian las propiedades de relajaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica de un conjunto de multicapas de co\/ni crecidas por sputtering con distintas condiciones de deposito y distintos espesores de las capas.  el resultado m\u00e1s interesante de la medida de la relajaci\u00f3n es la aparici\u00f3n de un fen\u00f3meno colectivo caracterizado por una evoluci\u00f3n temporal a saltos de la imanaci\u00f3n en ciertas muestras.  la altura de los saltos se corresponde con m\u00faltiplos del momento magn\u00e9tico de las capas por lo que se ha podido establecer que la evoluci\u00f3n de la relajaci\u00f3n se sucede mediante la desimanaci\u00f3n de capas completas.  las caracter\u00edsticas morfol\u00f3gicas de las pel\u00edculas han sido analizadas mediante difracci\u00f3n de rayos x de bajo \u00e1ngulo y met en secci\u00f3n transversal, observ\u00e1ndose la calidad de las interfaces.  se ha podido establecer una correlaci\u00f3n entre la morfolog\u00eda de las muestras y el tipo de relajaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica que exhiben, siendo el resultado m\u00e1s destacable la existencia de un \u00fanico salto en aquellas muestras con un espesor de ni inferior a los 50 a.  el comportamiento magn\u00e9tico de las muestras se ha estudiado mediante ciclos de hist\u00e9resis y observaci\u00f3n de dominios mediante efecto kerr, hall\u00e1ndose una evoluci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica basada en el mecanismo de nucleaci\u00f3n-percolaci\u00f3n- propagaci\u00f3n que explica las propiedades de relajaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica.  a baja temperatura se ha encontrado el efecto conocido como anisotrop\u00eda de canje, probablemente debido a la formaci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido de co y ni en las interfaces de las multicapas.  el trabajo se complementa con un detallado
