{"id":16932,"date":"2018-03-09T09:04:46","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:04:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/magnetotransporte-en-nanoparta%c2%adculas-de-la2-3ca1-3mno3\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:04:46","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:04:46","slug":"magnetotransporte-en-nanoparta%c2%adculas-de-la2-3ca1-3mno3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/magnetotransporte-en-nanoparta%c2%adculas-de-la2-3ca1-3mno3\/","title":{"rendered":"Magnetotransporte en nanopart\u00edculas de la2\/3ca1\/3mno3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Luis Eduardo Hueso Arroyo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las manganitas, o \u00f3xidos mixtos de manganeso, se vienen estudiando sistem\u00e1ticamente desde hace m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os como consecuencia de sus propiedades de magnetorresistencia, tanto magnetorresistencia intr\u00ednseca (llamada colosal) o extr\u00ednseca, creada por defectos microestructurales.  el objetivo de este trabajo es el de estudiar muestras de una manganita ferromagn\u00e9tica t\u00edpica (la2\/3ca1\/3mno3), pero con tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula en el rango nanom\u00e9trico, con el prop\u00f3sito de aumentar las contribuciones superficiales y as\u00ed, posiblemente, los fen\u00f3menos de magnetorresistencia intergranular.  por medio de un m\u00e9todo de qu\u00edmica suave (m\u00e9todo sol-gel), conseguimos un control del tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula entre 40 y 500 nm. Posteriormente se realilz\u00f3 una caracterizaci\u00f3n de las propiedades magn\u00e9tivas y de transporte el\u00e9ctrico de las muestras.  los resultados obtenidos m\u00e1s rese\u00f1ables son:  &#8211; determinaci\u00f3n de una capa superficial no magn\u00e9tica en la superficie de las part\u00edculas.  &#8211; establecimiento del car\u00e1cter monodomino magn\u00e9tico en las muestras menores de 100nm.  &#8211; c\u00e1lclulo de la anisotrop\u00eda magn\u00e9tica y su variaci\u00f3n con el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula.  &#8211; modelizaci\u00f3n de la resistividad el\u00e9ctrica, previendo el descenso de la temperatura de transici\u00f3n metal-aislante con el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula.  &#8211; desaparici\u00f3n progresiva de la magnetorresistencia intr\u00ednseca al mismo tiempo que se incremente la contribuci\u00f3n extr\u00ednseca al disminuir el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula.  &#8211; descubrimiento y modelizaci\u00f3n del bloqueo electrost\u00e1tico entre
