Los dendr\u00edmeros de elevada generaci\u00f3n contienen cavidades que pueden albergar otras mol\u00e9culas, mientras que las propiedades de la macromol\u00e9cula est\u00e1n determinadas b\u00e1sicamente por los grupos de la superficie. Como consecuencia. Los dendr\u00edmeros bicompatibles son candidatos obvios para aplicaciones de liberaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos.  entre los 20 amino \u00e1cidos codificados gen\u00e9ticamente, la prolina es el \u00fanico que presenta la cadena lateral unida covalentemente al \u00e1tomo de nitr\u00f3geno. estas caracter\u00edsticas estructurales imparten propiedades estereoqu\u00edmicas \u00fanicas al residuo de prolina. Los olig\u00f3meros de poliprolina existen en dos conformaciones distintas. En disolventes org\u00e1nicos adoptan la conformaci\u00f3n conocida como poliprolina i (ppi), una h\u00e9lice dextro en la que todos los enlaces pept\u00eddicos son ciss. Mientras que en disolventes acuosos adoptan la conformaci\u00f3n conocida como poliprolina ii (ppii), una h\u00e9lice levo en a que los enlaces pept\u00eddicos son trans. La transici\u00f3n de ppi a ppii implica un aumento considerable de la dimensi\u00f3n longitudinal de la h\u00e9lice que cambia de 1.9 a 3.1 \u00e1 por residuo.  en la presente tesis se ha establecido, despu\u00e9s de un estudio exhaustivo, un protocolo sint\u00e9tico para la preparaci\u00f3n de dendr\u00edmeros de poliprolina, utilizando p\u00e9ptidos ramificados de poliprolina como bloques de construcci\u00f3n y dos n\u00facleos diferentes: una mol\u00e9cula de espermidina y dip\u00e9ptido c\u00edclico lisina-lisina, ambos protegidos ortogonalmente. La preparaci\u00f3n de estas mol\u00e9culas se llev\u00f3 a cabo combinando una metodolog\u00eda de s\u00edntesis de p\u00e9ptidos en fase s\u00f3lida y una aproximaci\u00f3n convergente. Los dendr\u00edmeros fueron capaces de adoptar las dos conformaciones helicoidales en soluci\u00f3n y la cin\u00e9tica de isomerizaci\u00f3n se determin\u00f3 por
