El dise\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n de la diversidad qu\u00edmica (22 aminas primarias) y una serie de ensayos previos a la s\u00edntesis para confirmar la equireactividad de las aminas primarias y la optimizaci\u00f3n de la s\u00edntesis en fase s\u00f3lida.  una vez superada la fase de dise\u00f1o, se procedi\u00f3 a la s\u00edntesis de la quimioteca en fase s\u00f3lida, se control\u00f3 las reacciones de forma cualitativa mediante tests de fase s\u00f3lida. La quimioteca de 66 mezclas, con 484 compuestos por mezclas se disolvi\u00f3 a 10 mg\/ml, se aliquot\u00f3 y se distribuy\u00f3 a diferentes grupos del campo biom\u00e9dico para que ensayasen su actividad biol\u00f3gica respecto a diferentes dianas terap\u00e9uticas.  los resultados de los ensayos de las mezclas se procesaron mediante una deconvoluci\u00f3n t\u00edpica de este formato, requiriendo para la validaci\u00f3n de los resultados la s\u00edntesis posterior de los compuestos te\u00f3ricamente m\u00e1s activos para su caracterizaci\u00f3n, tanto desde el punto de vista biol\u00f3gico (determinar supotencia de forma individual), como des del qu\u00edmico caracterizar mediante diferentes m\u00e9todos (ms, rmn, hplc&#8230;).  una vez encontrados los compuestos activos y validados de forma individual respecto a diferentes dianas (neuroprotectores, analgesia, antimicrobianos, &#8230;.)
