{"id":17040,"date":"2018-03-09T09:04:55","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:04:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/actividad-telomerasa-y-c-myc-en-la-patogenesis-del-adenocarcinoma-de-endometrio\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:04:55","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:04:55","slug":"actividad-telomerasa-y-c-myc-en-la-patogenesis-del-adenocarcinoma-de-endometrio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/actividad-telomerasa-y-c-myc-en-la-patogenesis-del-adenocarcinoma-de-endometrio\/","title":{"rendered":"Actividad telomerasa y c-myc en la patog\u00e9nesis del adenocarcinoma de endometrio"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Tania Errasti Alcal\u00e1 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Entre los factores conocidos implicados en la carcinog\u00e9nesis endometrial destacan la activaci\u00f3n de la enzima telomerasa y del protooncog\u00e9n c-myc.  la enzima telomerasa elonga los tel\u00f3meros que son los extremos terminales de los cromosomas. \u00e9Stos protegen a los cromosomas de su degradaci\u00f3n, de procesos recombinantes anormales y, en definitiva, de la muerte celular. adem\u00e1s los tel\u00f3meros juegan un papel importante estableciendo, seg\u00fan su longitud, la vida media de las c\u00e9lulas y la capacidad replicativa de \u00e9stas. las transforma en inmortales si se mantienen elongados por la activaci\u00f3n de la telomerasa.  la prote\u00edna c-myc es un factor de transcripci\u00f3n que induce tumores por su implicaci\u00f3n en el ciclo celular. Se conoce que el promotor de la telomerasa se activa por la prote\u00edna c-myc.  los objetivos de este trabajo son: determinar el papel que juegan ambas prote\u00ednas en el desarrollo de los adenocarcinomas de endometrio tipo i, y en los distintos tipos celulares que aparecen en el ciclo menstrual y endometrio patol\u00f3gico; estudiar su asociaci\u00f3n a diversas variables de las pacientes; y la relaci\u00f3n entre ellas.  como resultados significativos destacan entre otros: la variaci\u00f3n de la actividad de la telomerasa en los distintos tipos de endometrio; su elevaci\u00f3n por el tratamiento con tamoxifeno; la correlaci\u00f3n negativa con la edad seg\u00fan la anatom\u00eda patol\u00f3gica; y la falta de asociaci\u00f3n con la prote\u00edna c-myc. No parece, a la luz de los resultados, que estas prote\u00ednas desempe\u00f1en un papel necesario y suficiente en la carcinog\u00e9nesis endometrial, aunque s\u00ed que est\u00e9n implicadas en los
