Estos derivados son: 9-(4-fosfonobotil)adenina (dpt1\u00c2\u00b7a), 9(5-fosfonopentil)adenina, (dpeea); 9-(2(fosfonometoxi)etil)-8-azaadenina (9,8a pt1ea) y 8-(2-(fosfonometoxi)etil)-8-azaadenina (8,8 a pt1ea).  se han medido tambi\u00e9n (en las condiciones a todas) las constantes de estabilidad de los complejos met\u00e1licos t1(h;pa) y t1(pa), en los que pa2- representa al diani\u00f3n de los derivados del pt1ea2- atados y t12+ = t1g2, ca2+, s8, ba2t1n2+, co2, ni, cu2, cu(bp)2 y cu(phen)2,en2+ 8cd2+. Aplicaci\u00f3n de representaciones gr\u00e1ficas de los(&#8211;) frente a (&#8211;) para ligandos simples tipo r-po2- nos condujo a distintas conclusiones sobre la estructura de estos complejos en soluci\u00f3n: lugar primario de coordinaci\u00f3n, grupo fosfonato, incrementos de estabilidad, interacciones adicionales con la nucleobase y &#8212;
