Comienza con el ensamblaje de un elemento estructural en el sitio de divisi\u00f3n conocido como anillo z que act\u00faa posiblemente como anclaje para las dem\u00e1s prote\u00ednas de divisi\u00f3n. La formaci\u00f3n del anillo es compleja y se ha comprobado en esta tesis que durante la replicaci\u00f3n del cromosoma aparece en el lugar de la divisi\u00f3n una estructura denominada anillo abierto, posteriormente este anillo se convierte en un anillo cerrado que se mantiene hasta la separaci\u00f3n de los cromosomas, uno cada polo de la c\u00e9lula. Esta tesis se ha centrado en el estudio de las propiedades de persistencia, constancia y dependencia del anillo z para determinar c\u00f3mo act\u00faa la prote\u00edna ftsz en el proceso de la
